Adbrite, Adenage, Chitika.

There is also alot of CPM and CPA ad & affiliate networks at http://www.affiliateseeking.com just incase you want to look into that area of the affiliate marketing industry aswell.

Clicksor, which I have had bad experiences with, but others has had some good experiences as far as I have heard.

yahoo has a similar contextual ads program but it may still be in beta but I know some people have been accepted and started using it

Yes, YPN is still in beta and has been for some time now. I have a feeling that it's never going to come out of beta at this rate.
