Adwords help

hi there,

my question is regarding ppc (adwords)

if i use a keyword ex.: "canada online pharmacy"
will it appear when somebody tries to search canada+something, and if this person searches for "canada" only ... please help

because as i understood till this moment this keyword gives me :

canada
canada online
online
online pharmacy
pharmacy

is that right ?
(canada online pharmacy is just an ex. it could be anything related with online pharmacy)
any suggestions ...
please help
