Anyone participated in the AdWords Seminars for Success?

Hey. I'm interested in taking the advanced or intermediate seminar, depending on which one is in my area. At $249, it's expensive enough for me to ask you all what you thought about the seminar if you took one. Let me know what you thought of it and the different levels.

Also, I know Google does not host them but why do they state the following:

"Agencies, SEOs, SEMs, and resellers are not eligible for these events."

Google advertises the seminars but they don't host them. You can get more information here.
