Free PPC Script for those default search sites?

i am looking for those templates or programs for sites that let me have one of those search sites that shows ads from sponsores all over the place, for content related things....like when you register a domain on godaddy.com and you goto the domain address before you set the Nameserver info, it goes to a default setting page with ads and search box.

what would i be looking for? i checked hotscripts.com and found a few things, but nothing free. thanks.
