Not really...I think the closest thing to google adwords is Overture or eSpotting.

the ads are not working at frist i thought it was just my site but it is this one too

Cowkiller,

your ads seem to be working correct, it can happen that Google Adsense doesn't find the necessary ad and will display a public ad. If you want you can also add your personal advertising if no dedicated add can be served. More info on http://www.google.com/adsense
