No, i just want to cooperate with google.com on ranking business or website promotion, just want to know who knows this or who knows how to contact google.com. I'm serious not joking not earning money as you say...i'm sincere...

I think you are talking about doing Search Engine Optimization for peoples web sites in order for them to rank well in Google?

If I am correct and that is what you mean - This isn't something you can become a reseller of. Google do not have a plan for it, nor do they co-operate with any SEO companies.

Infact they do as much as they can to make our business harder.

You would need to spend a few years learning about seo / marketing. Optimize some of your own web sites to achieve top results then convince people you were good enough at it for them to pay money to you.

This is not something you can resell.

I was once given a great tip, i'll share it with you.
