Thats right...When our site was first published we were inexperienced and stupid and managed to get banned from using the program Today my site gets about 7000 unique users a day and I would really like to get adsense back.

Does yahoo work as well?

Can I re-apply for google adsense using a different url? could that get me in troubke with google?

You can try with a different URL, but I am guessing they have your bank and other personal information as well.

If you have a partner os someone else you can trust, you could use their information. Otherwise, give Yahoo a try. Didn't work as well for me, but it may for you.

Google does not ban people for fun, there is a reason behind it. If you click on your own ad at all they will ban you. Click fraud is a serious issue these days.

Create a sub domain of your main website and resubmit your new domain to Google for adsense. I think it could work (70% Sure), 8)

no it will not work saxena, only way it will work is if he opens a new DBA because google has your SSN and your account is under that.

If you have gotten banned, it means you have clicked on your own ads or did not fallow their guidelines.

It will be good if you can post yoru URl so we can go and take a look at why they would ban you.

You can only make one account with googlead unless have someone else with their bank account and with a different computer so they can do that for you, that would be the best solution i would say.

Cause your ip go's with googlad and if you click it you will confused the sever into thinking something else, so thats why google bans you i think. I'm not to sure.

Hi guys, i am new here.

Here is what happened with me ...

I signed up with GoogleAdsence ... I am in New Delhi India and here the currency value is very high.

$1 = Rs. 45 .... That means big buck ... I have almost 5000-6000 visitors on my website on daily basis and I enabled adsence on my site.

After completing a month on my link, for no apparent reason I was banned.
The amount tht was generated was arround $1200 in 3 weeks
I was really impressed but now just before I got the first pay check ... i get bann ... I know the rules and I never even bothered to click on a single ad so far ... my site is purely motorcycle community along with Indian Culture exploration.

What happened to me was really not right thing specially when I havent got a clue on what happened ...

I am not along, few of my friends who had been developing websites for some time had also met the same fate as me... just when they were getting thier first pay check ... they were banned ...

Any one knows why Google is doing this ?

No one can ban you for no reason. There might be some reason for Google ban. I would have first got in touch with them and find what went wrong.

The reason why banned from google

1. Never hide text with the same colour as the background, Google is too smart for that
2. Duplicate content
3. Cloaking
4. Keyword stuffing
5. Linking to bad neighbourhood
6. Buying link for search engine
7. Machine generated website

Hope not to ban my google adsense.

This thread is concerning Google Adsense, not Google Search. The bans will be for different reasons.

I actually got my account re-instated, all I did was email in that I thought I hadn't done anything.

EDIT: They took off a few dollars that they said wasn't legit, however.

I have had an associate do a similar thing, wrote an apologetic email explaining that he didn't think he had done wrong and they shaved some of his commission off but was reinstated.

PPP looks to give adsense a good run for money though with release on Feb 1 2008. Get in early for that.

I got a warning when I first added adsense to a site. I naively clicked on a couple of text links to see where they lead (don't ask me why) I've never touched them since. I was gutted when I got a warning letter - I thought I was going to get flicked for sure.
I've heard of other people in wireless hot-spots getting caught too, even when they've used a totally different ISP... so beware, and leave well alone.

Google AdSense isn't going down? It is just getting harder to get high CPC's.

Good luck. And yes, there are plenty of other sources out there for ads. Google isn't the only game in town. (see link in my signature)

Anyway you have to try to contact and inquire them about your wish.

There are heaps of reasons that Google can ban your account, clicking on your own ads is just one of them.
Others such as Suspiciously high CTR, Clickers’ IP addresses come from the same geographical area, which means you have got your friends helping and etc.
I have got those summarized here. http://www.clarencewang.com/blog/internet-marketing/11-reasons-google-adsense-can-ban-your-account

Google will not ban you for no reason, but, it is so hard to know the reason behind it, they can't even provide us which section of their guidelines did we violated. funny but thats the way google penalizes

6000 uniques a day and $1200 in 3 weeks..no wonder you got banned. Google's not stupid there's no way you made $1200 in 3 weeks with only 6000 uniques a day without trying something funny.

preventive steps that you can adhere to prevent from being banned by AdSense
1. Don’t let your friends know about your Google Adsense money making program and advice family members not to click on the ads.

You can let tons of friends into your website but don’t let them know bout making money through ads. Ya most of them know what Adsense is all about but telling them u are trying to make money from the ads is as good as telling them to help click on them. Some cases of fraudalent clicks are from friends who are too clever in their own clause who thought they are helping but instead will get u banned. It is important to tell your family members not to click on the ads because you’ll most likely share the same router and therefore same ip. Google will determine that as a fraud click.

2. Don’t make yourself detestable

Sure if you have a site earning from Google Adsense and you have some enemies and they knew about it chances are that they are clicking on your ads now. There is a case that i read up in a forum in which one guy broke up with his girlfriend and she took revenge by asking other people to help click on the ads and it ended up with his account getting banned. Moral - try not to offend too many people and do not get a smart girlfriend :P.

3. Email Adsense politely and professionally about accidental or fraud clicks.

Your lil sis been sitting on your pc all day clicking all over the places leaving you dumb-founded when you discover it. There has been similar cases where a polite email telling them what happened will justify the surge in ad clicks. Google Adsense Support has been notoriously known for not replying emails but in most cases as long as you are polite, there is a great chance they will reply your email.

4. Use a real time Google AdSense monitoring system

asRep is a tool for tracking the details of Google AdSense activity on your web pages in real-time. It also reports related information about your websites, the referring websites, the visitors and the Adsense elements on your pages.Using this as a tool, check up the clicking ips. If there is a sudden surge of clicks from a single ip, email AdSense ASAP bout it or ban that ip from visiting your website.

5. Update urself well wif google’s policies.

Ya sure, you wouldn’t want to be banned because you violated a new policy that Google AdSense imposed. Always keep up to date with the latest policies.
