How to get paid for PPC?

What are the best ways to get paid for PPC? Is there a way to get a cash card from which you can withdraw funds, and to which ppc companies will transfer?

As we continue to work on the new RevenueWire system, we’ve researching the best way to provide payouts to affiliates. There’s always the trusty old check, but that can be a serious hassle with holds etc… especially for international affiliates. We’d like to elicit some feedback from our blog readers as to how they would prefer to be paid. There’s paypal, pre-paid Mastercards and Visa, custom debit cards, wire transfers etc… We want to have the most flexible system possible, so I’d like to hear back from you as to what you like best.
