Try ebay or link auctions. I think there was a thread somewhere on hear of someone selling some high PR links.

i know were you buy a few pr8, pr9's just watch out though... if you get more than 3 out of the blue it will set alarm bells ringing with google and you have the chance of getting suspended from google due to pr hunting

You could also hit the contact link at the top of the page. OZZU has a PR7 and bigwebmaster.com has a PR8 and advertising opportunities are available.

Text-link-ads and textlinkbrokers is probably the larger two places where you can by links on high PR sites.

I personally don't think buying links just for PR is worth it though.

I would suggest you not to just go behind high PR but try to link with relevant topic sites this will help you in gaining good PR and most important you will get some targetted traffic which could give you some business....

OZZU now pr6 and bigwebmaster.com same pr6.
