I'm looking to make some extra cash off of people signing up to one of my sites. I want to offer opt-ins to users after they sign up, or they can chose to skip it. Is there a network offering this? Or do I have to gather each of my opt-in sites manually?

Gather them manually, doing so prevents having a single point of "failure".

not sure exactly what you mean. you could use aweber.com to get optins and redirect them to a custom page after the optin offer?
