Selling a domain name. for the traffic

Suppose one runs a domain that gets a large amount of traffic on a high value topic. There are alot of people in the industry looking to buy good traffic.

I'd like to move this domain to a different URL and sell the high ranking URL. It has about 10,000+ incomming links.

Would the value of the domain name disappear if the site changes? How would one price the URL?

Two similar URLs changed hands for 100K each two years ago.
