Unwanted links to my website

Hi all,
I am currently running one website, which is not so much popular, .

Now I have a big problem .. IF I will search mu site name "justclick2go" in google then my website is coming in 4-5th place.. and the 2nd page onwards .. its linked to some porn sites ...

I have no idea how it happened ? and I fear google will penalize my website in future for this ..
Please anyone have any idea how to remove my website from those bad websites ?

you shouldn't get penalized. all the big sites get linked to by scrapers and spam sites.

your site came up first in my google serp but your site is soooooo slow to load.

yeah, you only get penalized when you link to such website, not when a "bad" site links to you..

you are not penalized by google unless it was exceed to the limit of google website guideline on link scheme. it is not allowed to link from bad neighborhood site or web spammer site and use of excessive reciprocal link that is not related to your site, your site might penalized. i suggest that you send e-mail from the bad neighborhood site.
