Art Contest

My teacher wants me to submit two pictures into an art contest. I already have one that he has picked out, but he wants me to get another. I have picked two picture, and I need to select one of them.


I like this one, but I wish I turned the dragonfly around so I was taking a picture from the front.


The only thing I might change is to bring down the brightness of the paint on the bird house.


These have been manipulated in photoshop.

I choose the bottom one ... with the bird house ... And I must say that I like it just like that without the contrast being edited ...

Both are great, but I agree with Benat and R_t, the second one is the best for the contest.

I vote for number 2 as well.

This may be too late, but I would pick the picture that is largely different from the other photo being entered. Any chance on posting your first pick and (if applicable) the picture you ended up choosing?

so how did this end up? Looks like I would have been in the minority, though -- woulda suggested the first. That bokeh is delicious == bokehlicious if I do say so.

Is it just me or does that dragonfly look like a barb from chicken wire or something?
