Came home last night and found this little guy in the middle of the road in front of my house. A rain storm had knocked the nest out of the pine tree next to my steps.

I put it's nest to the side of the road under the tree and put the poor little thing back in it. Mom and pop were squawking at me the whole time from an electric wire overhead.

This morning it was still alive but had fallen out of the nest overnight, so again I put it back in. Momma was still there. Sadly I seriously doubt they'll feed it or doing anything with it anymore.

First, thought it would be a good ending, but not. I hate to read stuff like this.
I do have a drug but it's not like pot or ecstasy it's love that's my drug and it will always be that way
(Thanks to boogs2007 & evenstar), this heart?

I saw a bird flapping in the water about 100 yards off shore last time I went fishing. Little bugger knew which direction the shore was but was having a heck of a time getting there.

It was only 20-30 feet away from the pier, but they don't allow cast nets on the pier for one, and I had nothing to snag him with for two.

I watched him for a few minutes trying to think of a way to help him out, ultimately I just couldn't stand there and watch it anymore when I was blank on ideas though.
Why yes, yes I am.
