I love the third picture, the colours are really cool, and the trees provide a beautiful "frame" for this picture ... well done.

I'm not sure what I admire more: the photos themselves or the fact that you were up that early on a Saturday.

I agree with R_T, I like the 3rd one the best.

I'm typically up by 5:30AM every day spork. I like the third as well, but I have taken better sunrise and sunset shots. In this case it wasn't so much the technical quality I was after but rather the mood the morning provoked. You have no idea how quiet and peaceful it is out there at that time of morning. I've lived in or near major cities all my life. This is a refreshing change from the norm.

5:30AM? I wish I could do that. I have a lot of difficulty to wake up for school at 7:30AM (Classes start at 8:15AM). If I get to sleep as much as I can, I usually wake up around 10-11AM if I fall asleep at 11PM-12AM.

Great shots though... I really like them. I think I will try to sharpen my photography skills and take a few shots. This forum is really inspiring :D

In Malaysia, at 6AM, it's total dark. I now get up at about 5AM for the last 2 days. don't know how long I can last doing this.

@Mark, The first one best.

Superb shots AT/NO!

I am wanting to get into photograpy too like bogey..young bogey as it turns out :mrgreen:

I like these pics being a forestry person it reminds me of Borneo and Mount Kinabalu with the steam from the trees.

Funny lol how we have different interpretations of whats in front of our eyes.

George I thought Malaysia would be light around fivish always being a sunny place.

Looking forward to more photography from AT/NO and his home area...looks real nice. We also have hills and stuff but its not like I can walk there. :mrgreen:
