Adobe Photoshop, or Photoshop Elements for a cheaper way out. Best programs out there. I believe that you can download trials of them, and test them out. I know there are a few free ones out there that people here like, but I personally use Photoshop more than anything else. Very powerful program.

Good luck.

hi ilice,
what photo editing do you want?
If you want to have a professional operation to your photos, you should choose Adobe PS. If you just want to have simple editing to your photo and add some special effects, i will recommend a slideshow software dvd slideshow builder, it is easy to use. The trial version is permitted. Test them and get your favourite.

Hope this a little helps.

I think macromedia fireworks 8 is easier to use than PS, though it's somewhat not so powerful as PS.

If you're running Windows and have the .NET framework installed, you may be interested in trying the free Paint.NET.

I use adobe Photoshop cs2 everyday. Its kinda hard to learn at first, but practice makes perfect. I think its the best graphic editing software out there. Kinda pricy tho.
