Question regarding photography?

Hi,

Someone I know recently posted pictures of hers on the net. The pictures show her on the cover of Vogue magazine and on huge bill boards. I know this cannot be true. Is it possible to get such stuff done at photo studios etc ? Everyone who knows her is singing praises. I know it's all fake, but where can they be done ?

Anyone that is good with graphics design could do that. Many use programs like Photoshop and Illustrator.

Easily done if you know software like Photoshop or Illustrator as ATNO/TW mentions.
