ROYALTY FREE PICTURES ? WHERE !?

Hi,

Well i just signed up here thinking it would be a great help for my new website. Im developing it now. It is about graphic design.

I was wondering if any of you would know where to get Royalty Free images ?
Like the only one i found was Alamy.com but even if they say that it is royalty free they still end up asking you to pay for it before downloading the image ? So Royalty free yes but is there any that are Royalty free and FREE ?
So any of you who have experience in Template making ? where do you get those building images or business images from ?
Royalty Free ? BUT WHERE ?
Do you all pay for them ?

I hope its not a bring topic for you guys.

Another good place to get your royalty free photos is http://www.fotolia.com.
You can sign up for free and also get 10 free images a day for free. You can use images on anything apart from t-shirts and caps etc. Unless you get the extended licence. You will have to read about the licence more, but i use them for all my advertising brochres, posters, adverts and web sites.
