Nope, not intentional and it's just the cards you draw in the game. Nothing funny going on in this pic other than the sorry looking pawn.

Just looked it up and apparently the ads and the product are no longer running due to a lost lawsuit for false advertising. It was an herbal supplement that was supposed to act like viagra or cialis.
