Hello hello!

We're back from our jaunt to Maine. My hand is rested (mostly) and feeling much better. I'm getting back to work but just threw up a quick post on our travel blog. I thought I'd share some of the images here as well.

There are more photos on the blog and a cool story about a couple doing a WILD adventure aboard two motorcycles.

Your photos are tremendous. That last one completely rocks!

Thanks guys! I had a blast. The 4th and last are probably my 2 faves as well. That 4th one was just... there. We were driving down Cadillac Mountain and almost drove over the cliff it was so beautiful. The last was actually taken from the exact same spot about 27 hours later! :) We scouted it, loved it, and it was far enough from the summit that nobody bothered us.

Very top right Northeastern State (right next to Canada and sits on the Atlantic seaboard).
Probably about an 18 hour drive from where I live in Pennsylvania.

Yeah Maine is top left. And I'm in upstate NY - which means I'm about 9 hours away from Bar Harbor. We go once a summer to visit my family and usually stay a couple of days on the coast as well. My family lives in the boring mid-Maine parts, so I try not to take too many photos there. ;)

Here is one though:

Wild turkeys just walk across my mom's field all day. Same with deer, the occasional wolf, and she's had a bear and at least 2 moose before. Toss in the skunk that lives in the old doghouse and we're talking Dr. Doolittle here. lol

Near the US/Canada Border? I've been to Niagara Falls in Canada before, i'm going to assume it's somewhere relatively close to the US Falls?

(i should just google map it).

Much further north and east. :) Niagara is actually in the west of NY State. You should definitely google map it. :)

Thanks Mantonino. Sorry for the silly thread hijack.

As i say though, i like your photos and particularly love the last one with the red mist. Really nice view and such a nicely captured photograph.
