There are a number of stock photo agencies that would probably be your best bet. Here's a link to a site explaining microstock-

Alot of people probably make some good money from deviantart too. I'm not 100% sure on how successful that site can be for selling as there is a vast amount, but the good thing about the site is anyone can do it and it doesn't have to be great work. Obviously the poor work won't sell, but that's up to those who are looking to buy.

You can't go past http://www.stockxpert.com/ for selling pictures or buying stock quality photography (and digital art for that matter!) :D

This kept me thinking for a week now. What if the experts I've seen so many at flickr, they published it on their flickr account which can be downloaded by anyone, it can be plagiarized and be sold by someone else, how to resolve this problem??

Not alot of people are going to buy low resolution pictures. Flickr limits the resolution of their pictures. Also if you have a pro account I believe you can restrict downloading of your photos, but there is nothing to stop anyone from take a screen shot.

Not to be rude, but I don't see many people paying more than $1 for those and using them as stock on low-resolution media.
