Anyone use netfirms to register domain names? [NEED ADVICE!]

I have consolidated my domains at netfirms.com, I went to check today and 3 of them are missing!!!! I have about 20 or so domains there...
What is going on? I contact them of course, they haven't answered my questions. I have contacted them on the past for other matters, and I never got a reply!!.. Only once..
At least 1 of the 3 domains I know for sure, It has been paid for recently in October 2008, and the other two I am almost certain that were also billed at about that same time. all the other domains do show up.
What could cause 3 of my domains to disappear?
