Hi i have a fairly big web app to build that will be hosted on one of our servers. i suggestion on what language to use to build this.

i have MS / IIS server available altough i have never used ASP.Net or anything. i have the choice of using an Access Database or MSSQL database.

I have used PHP previously but that was 2 years ago and i've used java about 3 years using applets etc.

i want to know what would be best security wise and eastiest to use
Thanks

If you're doing alot of interfacing with an SQL database, php is ideal. It's reasonably quick to pick up, and since you've done it before I'm sure you'll manage nicely.

What you're asking is entirely relevant to personal experience, IMHO. That could have a lot to do with the number of answers you're receiving. Pick what you're most comfortable with and what you feel YOU could make the most secure, and go with that.
I'd love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code.
