ASP: Query Access db

What I want to do is pull up a random recommended movie with a high rating from the db to pull onto the front page of my http://www.futuremovies.co.uk . So the SQL is something like this:
SELECT Top *, Review.ID AS [reviewID] FROM Review
WHERE Review.Rating > 7
ORDER BY Random Review ID
There must be a way of doing this in SQL but I can not find it so I guess I am barking up the wrong tree. What would any of you do?
