Automation error ASP!!!!

I have Created an Activex DLL in Vb 6.0. The DLL name is WindCp.dll and the class name is WinClass. Now i want to use this dll in my ASP pages it i have written the code as

username = "tannu"
set winObj = Server.createobject("WindCp.WinClass")
result = winObj.Getpassword(username)
The it is giving me Automation error can anyone help me out to get rid of this problem.Please help me out of this problem.Bye thankx in advance.....

I assume you've regsvr32'd the dll allready ?
Else, What's the whole error ?

Yes i have redistered the DLL and when i am accessing the functions of my DLL then this error comes Up. Its working fine when i call those functions from VB but from ASP pages it is giving me AUTOMATION ERROR "80005004"
