Hey you guys do any of you all knows about a code that will block certain IPs from accessing your webcite.....

Try using the search feature and looking for ip blocker. This has been discussed a number of times, although I think the threads are all in the website design forum.

You cant block anyone on my ISP cos the IP changes every month!

Also AOL users in the UK share a few IP's.

You can block an ISP's range; you can probably obtain this from the ISP you are trying to block, ironically enough. For example, if you want to block all of the users from Cox Communications Virginia region, you can e-mail them and get the range of IPs for that area; they will most likely give them to you.

Then, you can use a simple PHP script to block or reroute them.

This is why on some sites, you are automatically rerouted to mirrors depending on your location; it simply uses your IP. :D
