Blog tutorial poster thingy... :S

Hi, I was wondering if this is the right place where I could find a certain script.

Basically what I am looking for is a blog styled script where people can register and then upload posts... in this case, tutorials. I'm making a tutorial site and I want a main site where I post tutorials, and then a link off that site leading to a place where people can register and upload their own tutorials. At first I was going to use a forum, but I've decided it would be better to have this script.
Does anyone know of a site where I could get a script like this? Perhaps you could link directly to it, instead of a site where i 'might' find it.

I think MediaWiki would work well for this situation.
