Convert an HTML 2 PDF

What is the best way to generate a PDF from an HTML file. I am using PHP as my scripting language.
I want some good suggestions so that i can create without much efforts.

You want to convert a website written in HTML to PDF with PHP? The only way I can think of doing that is through screenshots service and you will get only 1 layer jpg/gif/png quality picture.

We have used TCPDF to dynamically generate PDF invoices via the server. Works good and there are numerous ways you can write commands to create the PDF file, via HTML code is one way it supports.

Although I was happy with TCPDF, there are other libraries too including:

I am not sure if any of these support using HTML commands, but TCPDF does for sure.
