Countries Data Base

Is there any possiblity that I could have the data base in the following hierarchy
countries>>Cities>>Areas.

Your request isn't very clear. Are you asking how to structure the database or are you asking if anyone has one they will share with you?
I'd love to change the world, but they won't give me the source code.

I mean to share with me. Actually I searched on net and I found different databases in the form of CSV and EXCEL but the databases are limited to countries and their cities I want both of them and in addition I also want the areas in the cities. Am I clear?
