CSS Help Needed

Okay guys.
Im adding a small tabs area on the top of ToyWiz's site. It looks perfect on Explorer but on Netsacpe its slightly off. Im using CSS to possition it (Obviously) but its still off on netscape.

If any of you guys know what to do to correct this please help.

Which CSS version are you using (1 or 2) and which version of Netscape are you using?
