I think this would be the correct forum, But maybe not.. Sorry if it is the wrong forum..

anyways, to my question.. I am currently building a web site, and have alot of the pages not done.. And lets say you click on a link that doesnt have the page uploaded.. it will read the following:

Quote:
Not Found
The requested URL /about.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.31 Server at http://www.koolzone.net Port 80

I think there is a way to make your own custom page for 404 errors.. But I don't know how I would go about uploading/installing or what ever it is you have to do.. So If some one could give some pointers, that would be great.. :)

You can make your own 404-error page as well as all the other error pages, If you use Apache as a webserver you just has to open the config and look for the page linked to file not found or something, dosn't really remember but it's really simple.
