Hi,

I'm creating a PHP game and was wondering if it would be better to save character informaton to a MySQL database or a .txt file?

Use a MySQL DB. The reason I say this is because a database with multiple entries is easier to manage than multiple text files

Also, a flat file can be tricky to search through, sort, and edit. MySQL is definantly the #1 choice. Use a txt file if you have no other choice.

It's been decided: I will use a MySQL Database.
