Post 3+ Months Ago

I am working through certificate IV in Web Design and for the weekend project i was looking at my VMware screen and put 2 and 2 together and took a snap shot and sliced it up, easy as. But being a noob at Java Animation i am googling for similar snippets of code that i could use to construct a web template version of a KDE desktop as of basic functions go.

the icon animation when opening i am unsure of yet

the drop down list should not be that bad

the mail icon i can have a drop down menu with a form.

Volume i am sure i can mark as a disabled functions not everyone like musics that make noise.

the time function should only take a few lines of code really

the power button at the end i think i will have tux run across the screen just for laughs

as for the desktop itself well that can just be body for text and explanation of the work.

But yea that is the idea for the weekend but what i am asking for is suggestions on snippets if anyone has seen anything that would fit the profile. If people like it, i mite bother in turning everything into layers in the PSD so people can make their own version with a template.
