hi
i have 2 domains with different content located on the same host. my second domain is a domain parking.

my prob is both domain is directed to the same index page.
how do i modfied it so that it's direct to it's own content folder?
for eg, when i enter xxx.com will access xxx directory and yyy.com will access yyy directory which located on the same host.
i heard that scripting can solve this prob. wondering where can i find it?

hopefully i don't confuse u cuz i'm not so sure how to explain it myself as i'm still quite new to the hosting stuff.

thks.

Usualy this is something your host will have to setup. You could possibly use some PHP code to redirect, or send out alternate code, but your best bet is just contacting your host to find out if the domain could be pointed to a subdirectory, rather than mirroring your main site. It'll save you a LOT of work :)

Or if you have telnet access to the server or some other type of console based access you can edit the httpd.conf file if it uses apache and then use name-based vitual hosts. Look here for more infomation: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/vhosts/name-based.html

If it's not his own server, he won't have access to httpd.conf, and if it is his own server, he wouldn't be here asking this question :)
