Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header()

Hi All,

I am new in PHP. I downloaded WordPress Theme(whitepress)and tried to run on my local machine. I am getting below error.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in C:\Program Files\EasyPHP 2.0b1\www\html\whitepress\index.php on line 1

Can any one help me.

go to file

C:\Program Files\EasyPHP 2.0b1\www\html\whitepress\index.php

open it, then comment out line 1
