Hello I have a table with three variables. By choosing each of the variables we obtain a numerical value. I have a form with each of the variables to be selected and what I meant was that it appeared the value without having to place the table on page.

fase I (VAR 1)
VAR2VAR3
A 0-30 4 2 1 1 2 4
A >30 1 3 2 4 5 3
B 0-30 7 6 4 6 4 3
B >30 4 5 3 6 3 5
C 0-30 2 2 2 2 1 8
C >30 8 8 5 6 2 2
D 0-30 6 9 8 2 8 8
D >30 5 5 6 8 6 8
fase II (VAR1)
VAR2VAR3
A >0 2 3 5 8 2 6
B >0 2 8 2 9 8 8
C >0 8 9 2 8 5 2
D >0 8 2 1 8 2 9

Fase I and Fase II is the first variable, then we have to see if it was A, B or C (second variable) and finally and perhaps more complicated if the input value is between zero and thirty or more than thirty (third variable) in stage I or greater than zero (third variable) in phase II.

Have any suggestions on how I do this?

Thanks
