google bot, php and my database

this there any script or programming techique that can allow google bots to access the content on my database to improve my website rating on google. i understand that google access only html pages, but all the pages i have is php and most of the keywords of my website are stored up in my database so i thought if there is a way google bots can access my database, it could pick up these words for my website.
