I just downloaded a bunch of grand theft auto 3 mods and can't figure out how to use them, or what file you put them in or whatever. Does anybody know?

I don't know anything about the game, but, I'll make a couple assumptions.

I'm assuming they came with instructions, and if so, what are you having trouble understanding.

When you say "mods" I assume you are talking about program "mods" (since you downloaded them)? If so, did you mean for this to be in hardware, or would it be better in our programming board? If that's the case, let us know and we'll move it there.

I didn't realize it was in hardware, but they didn't come with instructions.

Moved it for you. You'll get better help here. I don't know anything about it so I can't help much more than this. Sorry.

.rar files are compressed files that contain other files. If you don't already have it, you'll need a program like WinRar to extract the files:

Then you should be able to access instructions.
