I need your help: I have a result from a form which needs to be put out in a chart.
Is there a special code for it???

Before you put the load required to generate charts on your server, see if you can work with this.

If not, look into GD with the results of the form. If you start drawing the graph from scratch you will have more control over what it will look like.
