help on automatic e-mail to the user

i need help of programming this thing.... After the user have booked for the date, it will automatic e-mail to the broswer that wat he/she have booked.... i need help on this and what do i have to do in order to have this work?

Erm.. well what do you want it to do email or print out in the browser?

ok! i'm doing a booking facility which the user have to key in their username and password and it will direct them to the Booking page. In the booking page there will be a drop down calendar which the user can book for their desire date, after they click on their desire date and click submit, it will automatic e-mail to them on the information they have booked..... Therfore, i need to know how am i going to do this...
