Help with "Get" Form

In my site there is a Fillin form, when you click on the send button it sends you to another page which sends the email to our data base and costumer too, but doesn't send anything just the template mail to our data base and the client doesnt receive anything.

Example:

Dear :


This email is automatically generated from Licensing.
Your form has been sent to our database.
The folllowing information was sent by you..
Fistname:
Last name:
Email:
Phone:
Company:
Position:
Contry:
City:
State:
Address :


A senior sale agent will contact you within 24-48 hours to follow up.

Sincerely,

e-mediasoftware.com

Any idea why is not getting the information from the Fillin form or recomendations on fillin forms.

So if I understand right, the script is working, the only problem is that the customer never receives the e-mail. If that is the case, make sure you have the right path to sendmail in your script. (I am assuming you are using linux, and sendmail).

mm well the problem seems to be that the script doesn't get the info typed by the client (including it's e-mail) that's why oviusly he doesn't get the e-mail.

Do you have a fillin form code around that can recomend me?

I have custom ones I have made myself, but they are a bit complicated to setup. You can get a free one here i think:

I am not sure which one you are using right now. I would make sure that in your html code that the name of the field for the e-mail address matches exactly for what it needs to be. If it is different that would explain why the e-mail field is not getting passed through.
