help with quest book and forms

I have a geocities account I would like to setup a guest book and a form and can not setup a mysql server on my computer because I can not leave my computer on. I would like to know if there is any script that when I send the data to my email I can get it back and and post it on my site. I do not want to go into my email and get the data then post it on the site. I would like it automaticly.

Unless geocities offers a free guestbook script or if you can find an externally hosted guestbook script there is no other way to automatically do it, since last time I checked geocities doesn't support and server side scripting.
