Hai friends
I have some doubt please help me.

For one my client asking, he needs to get all in coming and out going mails of his employees, for example he company name is 123dot com
His employee name Robert his mail id is Robert@123dot com for this mail if he send any
Mails his boss have to get a copy, the same way for incoming mail also.

Is it possible? How I have to solve this issue.

The 'how to' you're looking for largely depends on the server - What OS is it running?

Awesome. Are you using Exchange Server or some other Email MTA?

Also, have you notified your employees that you will be taking this step? Some areas in several countries require disclosure to employees that their activities can and will be monitored. Failing to do so could and has ended in major civil suits. Even though your company owns the network, equipment, servers, etc. you still have to be weary of invasion of the privacy. Once you're clear with that, you should be able to look up copy/archive/similar feature of the mail server. Most all of them have a feature that will do what you're asking about.
