how do i make an iframe?

i want a part of one of my other sites to appear in the middle of one of my new sites?

is the code you use, but change the website and size if you'd like.

Read here on Dynamic Drive on how to dynamically resize an iFrame to match the loaded content/page. This is the easiest way I could find to do this.
