How to make Javascript run in IE?

Hi Everyone!
I have a code using a Javascript, It can run well in FireFox & Google Chrome, but it not work in IE.
Here is the code I use, Someone can help me! Thanks in advance!

with "-->". Place "-->" at line number 108 and it will work with ie.

Hi Satwant! Thank you so much!
It worked in IE, but in Google Chrome or FireFox it apprear "-->" in my website.
How can I solve it?
