How I Was Could Make My Site To RTL Site?

hello.
my knowledge in website development is very weak.
i buy template from: themeforest name:cleanslide HTML
and i try to make it in rtl (the site is in hebrew). how would i do this?
and if i want to split this page for a several of page's? there is some option to this?
