issues with wordpress and youtube video's

i have converted a html site to wordpress and i am starting to convert the content over and one thing that is causing issues, well i think is the problem is the youtube links for the video to show seam to make firefox not respond and apparently in task manager it goes from 300k to 3 million k which i find strange too.

any hints to start looking what is happening would be great.

tried to check it out in firebug bug I assume you have killed the videos while you are sorting out the problem...
