c# or lazarus language

guys i'm doing a logger..the problem is how to hide the desktop and show only the logger form..i want it to mask the monitor..c# or lazarus language ..

Sorry but your going to need to provide more information if you want something written and even then if you want your own little custom program most people would want to add a price tag on the work. Something to think about.

alright...here is the situation its a logger system. its like other logger system which the only display on your monitor is the logger form only..and the user cannot see the icons of your desktop...
