look at my loto. and you will see that it dont add up at the points it just shows the base prize
EX: if you base prize is 50 points and 10 points each time you buy one then the prize is 60 buy onw more and it is 70 mine dont do that.
so did you fix it or what?

Oh yes, I had to rewrite part of the program and tweak some things to get it to do that.

You can modify yours by doing something like I did. Open up lottery.php

First find this:

Code: [ Select ]
    $location = ' -> <a href="'.append_sid('lottery.'.$phpEx).'" class="nav">'.$board_config['lottery_name'].'</a>';
    $title = $board_config['lottery_name'].' Information';
    $tablerows = 2;
  1.     $location = ' -> <a href="'.append_sid('lottery.'.$phpEx).'" class="nav">'.$board_config['lottery_name'].'</a>';
  2.     $title = $board_config['lottery_name'].' Information';
  3.     $tablerows = 2;

Right after that add this:

Code: [ Select ]
//get current pool
if ( !($result = $db->sql_query("select * from phpbb_lottery")) ) { message_die(GENERAL_MESSAGE, 'Fatal Error Finding Pool!'); }
if (mysql_num_rows($result) > 0) {
    //get prizepool
    $lotteryentries = mysql_num_rows($result);
    $poola = $lotteryentries * $board_config['lottery_cost'];
    $pool = $board_config['lottery_base'] + $poola;

}
else {
  $pool = $board_config['lottery_base'];
}
  1. //get current pool
  2. if ( !($result = $db->sql_query("select * from phpbb_lottery")) ) { message_die(GENERAL_MESSAGE, 'Fatal Error Finding Pool!'); }
  3. if (mysql_num_rows($result) > 0) {
  4.     //get prizepool
  5.     $lotteryentries = mysql_num_rows($result);
  6.     $poola = $lotteryentries * $board_config['lottery_cost'];
  7.     $pool = $board_config['lottery_base'] + $poola;
  8. }
  9. else {
  10.   $pool = $board_config['lottery_base'];
  11. }

Then right after that you will see some more HTML which will have different parts in it like ticket cost, number of tickets, base amount, etc. In my program I replaced the base ammount stuff with:

Code: [ Select ]
<tr>
<td class="row2"><span class="gen">Current Lottery Pool</span></td>
<td class="row2"><span class="gen">'.$pool.' '.$board_config['points_name'].'</span></td>
</tr>
  1. <tr>
  2. <td class="row2"><span class="gen">Current Lottery Pool</span></td>
  3. <td class="row2"><span class="gen">'.$pool.' '.$board_config['points_name'].'</span></td>
  4. </tr>

I think that was all I basically did to get it to show how much the current lottery jackpot is worth.
