MYSQL : Country + State list .sql

Hi

Does anyone here have the DDL + the data for country list along with state for those countries?

If yes, can you please share the same with me?

Maxmind wont be able to help me much because they is more or less focused on IPs to location conversion.

Max Mind open source Geo Location Database is free to download in cvs format. It includes city listing as per country/state listing. And also other usefull info.
Its about 30mb database. :)
